This is probably one of many higher sipping gins obtainable presently. On the rocks it’s absolutely lovely, but the fact is that this gin isn't an excellent mixing gin, due to the delicate levels of flavors - and their intricacies. They just get washed out by anything more complicated than soda water, or ice. It’s amazing on the rocks, however this gin is so complicated that mixing it is extremely onerous - almost something you do to it washes out so many layers of flavor. It’s completely serviceable for cocktails, but it’s not a gin I’d select to ruin by mixing it with something however essentially the most clean kind of drinks.
